Step 1: Contact the McNair Scholars Program at 330-972-2134 to request a Prospective Student Card. Submit the Prospective Student Card to the McNair Scholars Program at the below address.

Step 2: If eligible for the McNair Scholars Program, an Application will be provided to you based on your Prospective Student Card.

Step 3: Submit by Application

1. The Application Form.
2. Two letter of recommendation forms from Faculty members.
3. Official transcript, resume, and current class schedule.
4. Include with your application your essay as directed in Section V of the Application Form.
5. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Step 4: Finalists will be called for an interview

Step 5: McNair Scholars will be notified of their acceptance
