Currently my research is focused on emotional job demands and employees’ abilities to manage and regulate their emotions and how this might influence their perceptions of job fit. I am also interested in the organizational and individual outcomes associated with employees’ perception of fit in terms of their emotional abilities and the emotional job demands.
