IP Advisory Council
At the University of Akron School of Law, our Intellectual Property department is guided by an advisory council. The council members have diverse backgrounds that range from senior executives of fortune 100 companies, to senior partners in New York or Washington D.C. law firms, to regional and local practitioners. The council members also include a number of well-respected judges and renowned academics. The council members meet twice a year on the University's campus. The first meeting occurs in the early fall. The second meeting corresponds with the annual Intellectual Property Symposium that occurs every spring. We are grateful for these trusted advisors and for their selfless efforts in improving the University's intellectual property law program.
