2017 HLC VISIT
We are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), one of the six federally recognized regional accreditors in the U.S.
Our next comprehensive evaluation by the commission will occur Feb. 12-15, 2017.
The commission has altered the process since our last visit, now favoring a more data- and evidence-focused approach rather than narrative. See the accreditation criteria and a rough timeline of activities and stay tuned for more updates and requests for input.

FACULTY AND STAFF: SUBMIT COMMENTS ABOUT ARGUMENTS
After several months of work involving numerous constituencies and individuals from throughout the University community, a draft Assurance Argument has been prepared for submission to the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) in preparation for its scheduled accreditation visit on Feb. 12-15, 2017.
Before the draft is finalized and submitted to HLC, campus feedback is requested. Your comments about the Assurance Argument in each of the five criteria sections are requested by Monday, Dec. 12. Please use this form to submit your feedback to the Office of Academic Affairs. The final report will be submitted to the Higher Learning Commission on or before Dec. 21.
