The University of Akron has a giant thank you planned for all you do to provide transformational experiences for our students.
You and your family members and friends are invited to enjoy a picnic meal and a wide variety of activities in the Zips Fest area on Coleman Common on Saturday, Oct. 6, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
The Homecoming Game will follow at 2 p.m. at InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field, when the Zips take on Bowling Green. All employees are encouraged to submit photos of their family and friends showing their support for the Zips to homecoming@uakron.edu or on twitter @uakronalumni.

Cost of the event is $15 per person General Admission and includes:
- picnic meal and beverages

- admission to the Homecoming Game

$20 reserved seating tickets are also available. To order your tickets, please call ext. 6920 or visit the Chima Athletics Ticket Office at InfoCision Stadium between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.
General Admission youth tickets will be two for $25, or reserved seating two for $35, for children ages 3 to 14.
Season ticket holders
Good news, UA Faculty & Staff season ticket holders – as a thank you for your season-long support of Zips Football, your season ticket package already includes free admission into the Homecoming tailgate area! You must call the Ticket Office at ext. 6920 to receive your Homecoming voucher to enter.
Parking
Parking will be free on Oct. 6 with a UA employee parking permit (except in reserved lots). South Campus Parking Deck and Exchange Parking Deck are ideal (see on map).
