Delta Dental of Ohio is the administrator of the University’s dental insurance program.   By registering on Delta Dental’s Consumer Toolkit webpage, employees can:

  • Print ID Cards
  • Review benefits information
  • Check the status of claims
  • View eligible dependents
  • Deductible and annual benefit maximum information
  • Review other plan documents

2. Access the Delta Dental Member Toolkit

View your personal plan information with this secure online tool. Consumer Toolkit gives you easy access to verify eligibility, check covered benefits and maximums, review claims and claim payments, print your own member ID cards, and setup paperless delivery of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements.

This provides a brief summary of the University’s dental plan administered by Delta Dental of Ohio.  This Summary of Dental Plan Benefits should be read in conjunction with the certificate book.

Visit this website if you’d like your dentist to consider joining the Delta Dental Network.  Human Resources suggests that you recommend your dentist to join the Delta Dental Premier network.
