Delta Dental of Ohio is the administrator of the University’s dental insurance program.   By registering on Delta Dental’s Consumer Toolkit webpage, employees can:

• Print ID Cards

• View eligible dependents

Consumer Toolkit gives you easy access to verify eligibility, check covered benefits and maximums, review claims and claim payments, print your own member ID cards, and setup paperless delivery of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements.
