PAFs for Changes

Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) are used to initiate employee change actions for Full Time Faculty, Full Time and Part Time Staff and Contract Professionals.  PAFs for promotions and transfers for Full Time and Part Time Staff are initiated by Human Resources.  These PAFs are also used to amend Graduate Assistant contracts.

How To Make Changes to Employee Biographic / Demographic Information

Current University employees may now instantly update most personal information online by utilizing the My Profile area of the Personal Information Summary link in the Employee Services box now available through Zipline. For access, click the Zipline box at the top of this page and login.
