To complete the "Improving Access: ADA at UA for Employees Online Training Module," please complete the following steps:
After viewing the module, please print and complete the Participant Acknowledgement Form and the Evaluation Form. Both forms may be returned to Training and Development Services via Campus Mail, zip +4732.
PLEASE NOTE: To receive credit for completing this training module, you must return a signed "Improving Access: ADA at UA for Employees Online Training Module" Participant Acknowledgement Form to Training and Development Services.
