The part-time packets are available through Adobe Acrobat. This packet is to be distributed to all newly-hired part-time faculty, contract professional and staff members. The part-time packet may be printed in its entirety or specific forms may be selected. Due to frequent form revisions, the Office of Human Resources recommends that a packet, printed from this site for duplication, should be reprinted on a semester basis. A listing of the Ohio Public School District Numbers is also available for reference when completing the state tax form.
