The University of Akron's Hospitality Club is hosting a "Traditional Chinese Dinner" on Saturday, Nov. 17, at 6 p.m. in the Crystal Room Bistro, 200 E. Exchange St., in Akron.
The authentically prepared dinner begins with a special five-course menu, featuring:
- assorted dumplings prepared fresh in your presence
- Kung Pao Chicken
- Beef and Broccoli
- Mu Shu Pork
- Ma Po Tofu Stir Fry
There will be a special selection of wine paired with dinner, professionally selected by the Winery at Wolf Creek. Tea and coffee are also included.
The event is open to the public with a donation of $35 requested to further fund educational visits and activities for the UA Hospitality Club members. To attend this special event, please call 330-972-6615 for reservations.
