Welcome, new UA Student!

In order to submit your Intent to Enroll Form online, you will need:

Your Student ID Number

Your Student ID Number can be found on the Intent to Enroll Form included with your letter of admission. Can't find your Student ID Number? Contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 330-972-7100.

A Credit Card

A credit card is needed to pay the $100 confirmation fee. Submission of this fee acknowledges your intent to enroll at The University of Akron and offsets the cost associated with participation in UA's mandatory New Student Orientation program. UA cannot accept your Intent to Enroll Form without payment of the confirmation fee. This fee is nonrefundable.

If you do not have a credit card, you may print a copy of the Intent to Enroll form.

 

I previously paid the confirmation fee. Do I need to pay it again?

• No. If you paid the fee and then decided to defer enrollment to another term you do not need to pay the fee again. Contact the Office of New Student Orientation at 330-972-2622 to let us know that you intend to enroll in classes for the upcoming semester.
