Equipment listed is housed in the Sydney L. Olson Research Center located at 260 S. Forge St., Akron, OH 44325. All equipment is available to Industrial users on a fee for service basis. GE X-Ray Model XRD-6

  • Instrument functions according to Brentano parafocusing geometry for recording diffraction data in the Bragg angle range from -10° through 0° to 165° 2θ
  • Reserved exclusively for Pole Figure measurement

Bruker AXS Dimension D8 X-Ray System

  • Cu Kα radiation, point source filtered with a graphite monochromator
