A range of scanning and scoring services are available to the community. We provide scanning and test scoring services using Scantron forms to collect responses for paper based multiple choice and true/false exams and surveys. Standard reports that include basic statistics and item analysis are available as well as all of the electronic data.
All of the test scoring request forms are available at Schrank Hall 153 North. You may also download them from the link below.
