Curious About Turning Technologies?
Title: Instructional Designer
Office: Leigh Hall 511
Litsa heads up clicker training and support (with Jamie Newhall) and is involved in many outreach activities involving instructional technology. She joined UA in 1988 teaching English and was the first person in that department to teach in a DL classroom and to use a learning management system. Excited about the ways in which learning technologies could enhance education, she moved to a full-time position IT in 2001, first in Distance Learning and then in Design and Development Services. She continues to teach regularly and is also certified as a Quality Matters Master Reviewer. Litsa has a BA (English, Psychology, and Honors) from Arcadia University and an MA (Linguistics) from the University of Pennsylvania.
