Institutions Developing Excellence in Academic Leadership (IDEAL)

IDEAL AT UA . . . . . .

The UA project theme is "Faculty Hiring that Makes a Difference."  During each of the three years of the IDEAL program, a team of three, STEM, faculty members will be selected to work on the project with Dr. Helen Qammar as team leader.  By participating in regional IDEAL meetings and conferences and working on the UA project, each member of the team will develop the leadership skills to enhance equity and inclusion at UA.  The three teams will comprise an institutional learning community, one that has ties to similar communities at the other campuses.
