What about OS 9 Support?


It is the Apple Support Team's priority to provide support to all Apple users. If your macintosh is still running a legacy version of Apple's operating system such as OS 9, or first goal is to see if your system is capable of running the latest version of OS X. If it is we will work with you to see that this is done. If you have applications which require an older version of Mac OS, it is possible that they will still run in OS X using the Mac Classic enviornment.

If your system is not capable of running OS X then we will try to work on your problem, but our support for older version of the Mac OS is limited. We cannot spend a lot of time supporting it.
