How Do I Get OS 10.4 "Tiger?"

ITS has purchased 500 licenses of Apple OS 10.4 "Tiger" to distribute to the University's Apple Community. The OS 10.4 upgrade is free of charge for "University Owned" machines. In order to get this software installed on your machine you must fill out the Online Department Software Request Form. Computer Solutions uses this information to create a work order and for tracking purposes.

Once you submit your online request, a work order will be opened and a member of the Apple Support Team will contact you to schedule an appointment to migrate your machine to OS 10.4.
