What ePO Does
Enforce Protection Compliance Policy and Updates
ePO is central to effectively managing the process for system protection with the ability to deploy daily updates for all McAfee DATs, engines, service packs, hotfixes and patches. ePO manages policies for McAfee AntiVirus. These policies can be set globally or on individual clients. ePO also generates reports on compliance, virus detections,etc.
Rogue System Detection
ePO can detect rogue, non-compliant systems by identifying when any of these systems are connected to the corporate LAN thus providing a way to eradicate potential success of infection and vulnerability.
Threat Notification Services and Virus Source Tracking
Live threat information stream from McAfee Research for any new anti-virus/security updates on an hourly basis; updates are then immediately deployed to all systems. No interaction is required by your administrator; resulting in maximum protection and effortless maintenance.
