- Will install University approved software and assist in installing hardware and peripherals
- Setup wireless/wired connectivity
- Provide hardware diagnostics, software diagnostics (within reason), and basic troubleshooting
- Set up your dial-in access
- Spy-ware and virus removal
- Data backup (Only relevant data no media)
- School documents, Pictures
- Consultation on new hardware/software upgrades
- Install user purchased hardware
- Parts will need to be purchased from outside vendors (online, retail etc.)
