TEST SCORING SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

The goal is to provide a two hour turn around for test scores received for processing between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any tests received for scoring between those hours will be available for pick up with in two hours of the time checked in. Any test dropped off after 2:00 p.m. will be available for pick up after 10:00 a.m. the following morning. Tests dropped off after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will be available for pickup after 10:00 a.m. on the following Monday or the next work day if Monday is a holiday. Tests dropped off after 2:00 p.m. on the day before a holiday will be available after 10:00 a.m. on the next work day.

ITS will also provide a call notify service if a telephone number is provided to let you know your test is ready for pick up or you can call x7175 to get a status on a test before coming to pick it up. If for any reason the two hour turn around will not be met due to heavy scanning loads, such as mid-terms or finals or due to equipment problems, an estimated pickup time will be provided.
