In addition, instructions for conducting a Mail Merge to Outlook email are provided. The Appendix provides solutions to common mail merge problems including: formatting problems (currency, percentages, phone numbers, etc.), using a mail merge document from Word 2000, and problems associated with previewing labels or letters (appears there are too many labels or letters or that recipeints are repeating).
Each of the tutorials takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. |
