Important Notice

Training Overview
Training is available in the form of web-based tutorials and training manuals (and/or job aids). Many of the web-based tutorials contain a survey at the end that requires a UAnet ID be entered. Completion of the tutorial will be recorded and may be used for granting security access. It is important to note that your UAnet ID is not recorded until you complete the survey and hit the “Send” button. Failure to respond to a survey will result in your training activity going unrecorded.
Documentation Updates
A log will be maintained on the web site to show updates/changes made to training materials. Please check the update log periodically to compare your printed version to the latest to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.
Web-Based Training – New Users
If you are new to our web-based training format, we highly recommend that you take a few minutes to watch the web-based tutorial Introduction to Web-Based Tutorials. This provides an overview of navigating through the tutorials so you are comfortable with playing, advancing, rewinding, pausing, and exiting the tutorials.
PeopleSoft v8 Upgrade Overview
The upgrade to PeopleSoft v8 will provide a new web-based architecture for the University's business processes.
For a 10-minute overview of the upgrade, click on the link below. It is advisable that you print the PDF prior to watching the online presentation. The PDF follows the presentation and will allow you to take notes if necessary.
