OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

The purpose of the Operational Excellence Initiative is to improve communication, expand shared leadership for decision making, and enhance the business and customer service processes and other elements of infrastructure at The University of Akron. It is communicating the right information to decision makers at the opportune time to determine the best possible solutions which will produce distinction in our operations.
