REGISTRATION FEE: (includes Welcome Reception, CLE programming, beachfront dinner and two Continental Breakfasts)
$175 per person - early-bird registration received by Dec. 1 ($150 for LAA members); $225 per person - registrations received after Dec. 1 ($200 for LAA members).
CLE CREDITS: 9.0 hours (including 1.0 hour Ethics, 1.0 hour Professionalism and 0.5 hour Substance Abuse) are expected for Ohio and Florida. CLE credit requests for other states will be facilitated upon request. (NOTE: please include such requests on registration form).
SEMINAR SITE:The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, Naples, Fla. Spa services are available; early reservations are highly recommended. For spa reservations, call 239-659-4304 or e-mail spa@naplesbeachhotel.com.
ACCOMMODATIONS: A block of rooms at the group rate of $325 per night (plus applicable taxes and service charge) has been reserved at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. Reservations are accepted within this group until Jan. 9, 2008. Reservation requests made after Jan. 9, 2008, will be accepted by the hotel on a space-available, rate-available basis.
