Trial Litigation Clinic

Trial Litigation Clinic:

- Prepare for all stages of in-court client representation in misdemeanor cases

- Participate in court appearances in local municipal courts (available to third-year students)

- Learn how to prepare for litigation and manage a caseload, just as you will in practice

Trial Litigation Clinic students have the opportunity to appear in court with a Clinic attorney.

Even if a case does not go to trial, students gain valuable experience with pre-trial litigation skills, skills that are becoming all the more important in this age of crowded court dockets.
