For the first day of class (August 28th), please read pp. 1-6 and 12-18 in the casebook (Epstein, et al.), Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) 2-105(1) (def. of "goods"), UCC 1-103(b) (2001 version), and think of a contract that you were a party to, or if not a party to, have a personal knowledge of. The UCC can be found in the supplement by Farnsworth et al.).

For the second day of class (August 29th), please read pp. 18-22 and 36-47 in the casebook.
