1. Read Workbook pp. 3-9 (Course Overview, Syllabus & Due Dates)
2. Review Example #5 - Different Perspectives, Workbook p. 24
3. All the materials needed to begin the research on your assigned appellate case are posted on
Springboard, including my memo explaining your task.
4. It's recommended that you begin your research before classes start. By doing so, you relieve some
(much?) pressure during the first two weeks of the semester.
5. You must complete your research by February 5, 2012.
