The first assignment for CLL is as follows:

  1. Make an appointment with all fall professors to review exams;
  2. Make an appointment with Mrs. Palmer-Schmitz as a condition of enrolling in CLL;
  3. Read Schwartz (pages 3-11), Darrow (pages 79-96 and 159-185), and BarBri (pages 21-40) before class on January 17; and
  4. Be prepared to discuss Schwartz Exercises 1-1 and 1-2 in class.
