Read in Neumann, Chapters 27, 29, 30 and 31. Read the exercises that appear in some of the chapters, but you do not need to complete them. Close to the time of our first class, our appellate problem hypothetical will be posted on Springboard. Read it over before class. During the first class, we'll discuss initiating your research.
