Three-Year Day Program
(two-and-one-half year "early out" program also available)
Classes are usually held Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:35 p.m. Class sessions are organized as follows:
8:30 to 10:05 a.m.
10:30 a.m. to 12:05 p.m.
LUNCH
1 to 2:35 p.m.
3 to 4:35 p.m.
Day students could have one class in the morning and two in the afternoon, or the reverse could be true. Day students would not normally be expected to have four classes in one day.

Four-Year Evening Program
(three-and-one-half year "early out" program also available)
Classes are usually held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for the first two years as students take REQUIRED classes. During the third and fourth years, three-hour ELECTIVE classes could be held any night, Monday through Friday. The student decides which three nights he/she would like to attend, based on the course schedule.

Total semester credit hours required to graduate: 88

Graduation with Honors:
Summa Cum Laude:
3.60 and higher

Magna Cum Laude:
3.40 to 3.59

Cum Laude:
3.20 to 3.39
The Writing Program:

In recognition of the pivotal importance of written and oral communication, the School of Law has developed an intensive writing program. The writing program integrates research and writing in a client-based, problem-solving structure. Students have a small group professor. Both expository and persuasive writing skills are emphasized.
