Biography

Ms. Haire is the VP, Head of Medical Care Global Regulatory Affairs at Bayer HealthCare and is an AdvaMed Technical and Regulatory Board Committee Member. Prior to this she was the President of The Eriah Group and she served as the Sr. VP of Regulatory, Quality, Clinical and Medical Affairs at AngioDynamics. She has also held senior level positions at Philips Healthcare, Medtronic, Avery Dennison Medical and STERIS Corporation. She is a seasoned executive with over 25 years' experience in the Healthcare and Medical Device Business.

Ms. Haire has been a speaker for many events worldwide and has published numerous articles pertaining to the Healthcare and Medical Device industry. She was the U.S. Industry representative to lead the HBD Japan-U.S. Summary Technical Documentation (STED) initiative. She was also designated as a top U.S. Regulatory expert to lead the U.S.-China Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade negotiations. Ms. Haire has been a member of RAPS, ASQ, MITA, AdvaMed, DITTA, COCIR, NAIC and The Council on World Affairs. She has a M.S. and B.S. in Biology.
