Ryan Vacca accepted an invitation to present Percolating Intellectual Property Law Through Circuit Stewardship: Empirical and Jurisprudential Analysis of En Banc Review at Michigan State University College of Law.

Ryan Vacca’s proposal, Percolating Intellectual Property Law Through Circuit Stewardship: Empirical and Jurisprudential Analysis of En Banc Review, has been accepted for presentation at the 15th Annual IP Scholars Conference at DePaul Law School (with Peter Menell).

Ryan Vacca gave a presentation on Copyrights and Trademarks at the Akron Area Arts Alliance’s Artist as Entrepreneur Institute.

Ryan Vacca published his article, Work Made for Hire – Analyzing the Multifactor Balancing Test, in 42 Fla. St. U. L. Rev. 197 (2014).

ABOUT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW SCHOLARSHIP

Research and scholarship on Intellectual Property explores the latest insights in the areas of Copyrights, Trademarks, Patents, and the intersections of these topics with other areas of the law. Members of the faculty at Akron law have recently published on topics such as cyberlaw, criminal law and IP, IP and public health, patents and genetic modification, and the evolution of IP law in the jurisprudence of the federal courts, among others.
