Dr. Peter Klusmann has been with Hoffmann Eitle since 1994. He qualified as German and European Patent Attorney in 1998. His educational background includes a masters degree from the Rheinisch Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen and a doctorate in the field of technical and organometallic chemistry from the Max-Planck-Institute für Kohlenforschung in Mülheim an der Ruhr.
His main areas of practice are chemical inventions with a special emphasis on opposition and appeal proceedings before the German and European Patent Offices, as well as litigation and opinion work. Dr. Klusmann also takes a special interest in employed inventors law.
