Scott Oldham is a partner in the law firm of Hahn Loeser + Parks, LLP and specializes in intellectual property law and litigation, technology licensing, unfair competition law and trade secrets law. He received his B.S. in Geophysical Engineering in 1983 from The Colorado School of Mines, and his Juris Doctor degree in 1991 from The University of Akron. Mr. Oldham was a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent Office, and Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Patent Academy. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Oldham is a member of Akron Bar Association and the American and Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Associations.
Mr. Oldham serves as an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Akron School of Law and has served as a faculty member of the Ohio Aerospace Institute.
Scott Oldham is a native of Philadelphia, but was raised in Akron, Ohio. He and his wife, Joan, have three children.
