Michael Grow received a B.A. from Weber State College, cum laude, in 1972 and a J.D. with honors from George Washington University in 1975. He specializes in foreign and domestic trademark and copyright law, licensing and litigation. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
Mr. Grow is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. As a member of the International Trademark Association, he has served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee and has been Chair of the Federal Legislation Committee, and a member of the Editorial Board of the Trademark Reporter. He has also served as Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the District of Columbia Bar Association and as a member of its steering committee. He is active in a number of other intellectual property law organizations including American Intellectual Property Law Association and FICPI.
Mr. Grow has testified before Congress on intellectual property matters and he has authored several articles and made numerous presentations at national and international conferences on intellectual property law issues.
