Mark S. Inzetta is Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Chief Corporate Compliance Officer at Wendy's International, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio. With over 20 years of service, Mark currently manages a staff of seven professionals, providing legal support, in the areas of Marketing, Research & Development, Human Resources, Intellectual Property, Governmental Affairs and Regulations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Ethics, and all aspects of Canadian Law and various administrative matters. Mark is also an Adjunct Professor at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio where he teaches Business Ethics to candidates for Masters in Business Administration. Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration and major in Accounting. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law where he served as Case and Comment Editor of the Akron Law Review.
Mark has devoted much of his spare time and expertise to various community, parental and children's issues. Just to name a few, he served as treasurer for the Ohio Supreme Court Task Force on Family Law and Children; two terms as a voting member on the Ohio Child Support Guidelines Council; is currently a board member of Parents and Children for Equality; Court Appointed Special Advocates of Franklin County, and the Dublin Counseling Center; and, is currently chairman of the Children's and Parents' Rights Association. Mark has also served as a religious education instructor for the local Catholic Church, and board member of the North Canton Chamber of Commerce.
Mark was born on April 14, 1956 in New York City, New York and has lived in various parts of the country, including New York City, Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, as well as all over the state of Ohio. He is married to the former Sharon Lieb and they reside in Powell, Ohio.
