This academic roundtable comprised of a small cadre of IP scholars will exchange papers and debate the issue of patent enforcement after the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in eBay v. MercExchange striking down an automatic presumption of injunctive relief in patent cases. Papers will be published collectively in the new Akron Intellectual Property Journal.
