This program featured presentations by leading experts on legislative and policy initiatives affecting the practice of intellectual property law. The Honorable Q. Todd Dickinson, Acting Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks, will be the featured luncheon speaker. Mr. Dickinson will discuss various policy initiatives within the Patent and Trademark Office and present his own perspective on developments within the U.S. and abroad.
