The 19th Annual Symposium on Intellectual Property Law and Policy
This year's symposium features a review of recent developments in the areas of patent, copyright and trademark law. Additional talks will focus on IP valuation, the new Defend Trade Secrets Act, aftermarkets and FDA regulation of 3D printing, and an innovative presentation of ethical issues in the practice of IP law.
Entrepreneur Thomas G. Murdough, Jr., President and CEO of The Simplay3 Company, will provide the featured luncheon address. Other speakers include noted practitioners and academics who are experts in various areas of intellectual property law and practice.

An additional $30 will be charged to walk-in registrants.
The registration fee covers the symposium sessions, continental breakfast, lunch and the symposium materials. Symposium materials will be provided online, a link will be provided prior to the program.
5.75 hours of CLE credit, including 1.25 hours of ethics, has been requested for Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia. CLE credit in other states upon request. (Please request at the time of registration.)
Free parking is offered adjacent to the John S. Knight Center at the parking deck located at Broadway and Mill streets. Parking validation will be available at the registration table.
