1. Fill in all fields completely and answer all questions honestly.2. Pay special attention to enter vital identifying data - such as Social Security Number, date of birth, and contact information - carefully and completely.
3. Be very careful to answer the Bar Exam Clearance questions honestly and completely, according to the instructions provided in the application.
4. Cover Letter and Other Documents: You may attach one file to your application. If you have more than one document to send, combine them into one file, saved in one of the following formats:
- MS Word (*.doc)
- Adobe Acrobat PDF (*.pdf)
5. Do not press the ENTER key at any time while entering your data into the application. This causes an incomplete appliction to be submitted. Use the TAB key to move between fields.
6. Before submitting, double check the information you have entered into the form, and if you attached a file, make sure that you have attached the correct file to your application.
7. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to send your application.
8. If you receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your application is submitted, it is safe to assume that your application and attachment were transmitted in their entirety. Please do not send follow-up e-mail messages or make phone calls asking for confirmation of receipt of your application.
