• McDowell Law Center, 150 University Ave., Akron-- we are on the southeast corner of University Ave. and Wolf Ledges Pkwy.
• E.J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall-- we are across the street from the south side (fountain side) of E.J. Thomas
• The Polymer Building-- we are just west of Polymer's front entrance (Polymer is the tall glass building with the slanted roof)
• Inventure Place/National Inventor's Hall of Fame-- we are just east across the University Ave. bridge from Inventure Place

Getting here via Akron's freeways

From the South (Canton) via I-77

• Follow I-77 North to Route 8 North. Follow Route 8 North and take the "Buchtel Ave/Carroll St/Univ of Akron" exit. This exit will be the first exit you come to once you get onto Route 8.
• Turn left onto Carroll St. The end of the exit ramp intersects with Carroll St. Follow Carroll St. to S. Union St. and turn right.
• Go through one stop light to E. Buchtel Ave., turning right at the light.
• Take E. Buchtel Ave. to the 4-way stop and go straight until the stop sign on Hill St. and turn left.
• At the stop sign on University Ave. turn right.
• Turn left onto Wolf Ledges Pkwy.To park your car, proceed down Wolf Ledges Pkwy. to "Visitor's Parking Lot B." The visitor's lot is on the right-hand side about a block and a half past the School of Law. See "Information About Parking."
• The University of Akron School of Law is about a block and a half ahead on the right. The School of Law is in the McDowell Law Center with the Law Library located on the 2nd floor.

From the East (Youngstown, Kent) via I-76

• Follow I-76 West to Route 8 North. Get onto Route 8 North. You will need to be in the right-hand lane to exit I-76 to Route 8.
• Follow Route 8 North and take the "Buchtel Ave/Carroll St/Univ of Akron" exit. This exit will be the first exit you come to once you get onto Route 8.
• Turn left onto Carroll St. The end of the exit ramp intersects with Carroll St. Follow Carroll St. to S. Union St. and turn left.
• Go straight on S. Union St. to the E. Exchange St. light and turn right.
• Go passed the track, the baseball field, and large parking deck and continue straight until Buckeye St. and turn right.
• At the stop sign, turn left onto Carroll St.
• Turn right onto Wolf Ledges Pkwy.
• To park your car, proceed down Wolf Ledges Pkwy. to "Visitor's Parking Lot B." The visitor's lot is on the right-hand side about a block and a half past the School of Law. See "Information About Parking."

From the North/Northeast (Cleveland, Stow) via Route 8

• Follow Route 8 South and take the
• Turn right onto Buchtel Ave. The end of the exit ramp intersects with Buchtel Ave.
• Follow Buchtel Ave. until it dead-ends into Hill St. You will go through 1 traffic light and 1 four-way stop before coming to Hill St.
• Turn left onto Hill St., then turn right onto University Ave. and get into the left-hand lane.
• At the first traffic light, turn left onto Wolf Ledges Pkwy.
• The School of Law is located on the corner of University Ave. and Wolf Ledges Pkwy. with the Law Library located on the 2nd floor.

From the North/Northeast (Cleveland, Stow) via Route 8

• Follow Route 8 South and take the "Buchtel Ave/Carroll St/University of Akron" exit. (The exit just before "Buchtel Ave/Carroll St" is the "Perkins St/Downtown" exit.)
• Turn right onto Buchtel Ave. The end of the exit ramp intersects with Buchtel Ave.
• Follow Buchtel Ave. until it dead-ends into Hill St. You will go through 1 traffic light and 1 four-way stop before coming to Hill St.
• Turn left onto Hill St., then turn right onto University Ave. and get into the left-hand lane.
• At the first traffic light, turn left onto Wolf Ledges Pkwy.

From the West/Northwest (Cleveland, Fairlawn) via I-77

• Follow I-77 South to I-76 East. Follow I-76 East and take the "Wolf Ledges/Grant St/Univ of Akron" exit. The exit right before the "Wolf Ledges/Grant St" exit is "Main St/Bowery St."
• Turn left onto Wolf Ledges Pkwy. The exit ramp intersects with Wolf Ledges Pkwy.
• Follow the Wolf Ledges Pkwy. for about a mile. You will drive under a bridge. Immediately after you pass under the bridge, make a left turn.

From East Akron via Exchange Street

• Follow E. Exchange St. to Brown St./S. Union St. At E. Exchange St., Brown St. becomes S. Union St.
• Turn right onto S. Union St. and continue passed Carroll St. Carroll St. will be the 1st traffic light after you turn onto S. Union St.
• Go through one stop light to E. Buchtel Ave., turning right at the light.
• Take E. Buchtel Ave. to the 4-way stop and go straight until the stop sign on Hill St. and turn left.
• At the stop sign on University Ave. turn right.

• Follow W. Exchange St. eastwardly until it merges into Cedar St. Follow Cedar St. until it dead-ends at S. Broadway.
• Turn left onto S. Broadway. S. Broadway is a one-way St. going only to the left/north.
• Follow S. Broadway to University Ave. University Ave. will be the 2nd traffic light after you turn onto S. Broadway.
• Turn right onto University Ave., cross the bridge and turn left onto Wolf Ledges Pkwy. Inventure Place and The University of Akron's College of Business are located on the northeast and southeast corners of S. Broadway and University Ave. (S. Broadway is also known as Inventure Way at University Ave.) Wolf Ledges Pkwy. is the first traffic light after you turn onto University Ave.

• Follow Market St. East Market or West Market to Main St. in downtown Akron.
• Turn south onto Main St.
• The Federal Court House is on the southwest corner of Market St. and Main St.
• Follow Main St. to University Ave. University Ave. is the 6th traffic light after you turn onto Main St.
• Turn left onto University Ave.
• Follow University Ave. up the hill, past High St., past S. Broadway/Inventure Way and Inventure Place, and cross the University Ave. bridge to Wolf Ledges Pkwy.
• The University of Akron School of Law is located on the corner of University Ave. and Wolf Ledges Pkwy. in the McDowell Law Center.
• The Law Library is located on the 2nd floor.
