Submissions

We are currently soliciting articles for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 publication from professors, attorneys, professionals, and students.
The Akron Intellectual Property Journal provides light editorial assistance, adding footnote and citation assistance where needed. We seek to publish our author’s works with as few editorial changes as possible.

• We are flexible with regards to the format of your submission.
• The Akron Intellectual Property Journal accepts articles on the topics of intellectual property, cyberlaw (including privacy matters), antitrust, and technology transfer. 
• We publish all articles in conformance with Bluebook style citations.
