ALR and Your University E-mail address The default e-mail addresses for students in the PeopleSoft registration software is the University’s assigned e-mail address consisting of your UANet ID and "@uakron.edu." This is the e-mail address used by PeopleSoft. You have two choices.
- You can either make it a habit to check your University e-mail account regularly to receive your University e-mail, or
- You can use another e-mail system as long as it is dependable, has an adequate mailbox size (2-4MB is not adequate) and is capable of receiving attachments. You can have your University e-mail forward to this other e-mail address. Go to this web address https://gozips.uakron.edu/zid/user/email-manage/, enter your UANet ID and password when prompted. Click on "Manage my E-mail setting" and follow the instructions.

When you register for TWEN and LEXIS Web Course you enter your preferred e-mail address. The module instructors use this e-mail address to communicate with you during the course. It is important that you keep this information up-to-date. If at any time your e-mail address changes, please re-register and update your e-mail address.
For TWEN:After signing on to TWEN, click on the "Update Account" link, which is found in the upper left corner. Follow the instructions and change your e-mail
For LexisNexis Web Courses:
At the LexisNexis Law School page, click on the "Update Your ID Registration" link in the student sign on box. Follow the instructions for updating your registration information.
