John Conley is a graduate of the University of Akron's School of Law. While a member of Akron's trial team John was an advocate in multiple competitions across the nation. John was lead counsel of Akron's team that won the National Championship at the National Civil Trial Competition in Los Angeles, California. In addition, John was awarded "Outstanding Advocate" of the Championship round of that tournament.

Before joining Sutter, O'Connell & Farchione, John worked at firms specializing in both civil and criminal defense. John is married with one daughter and lives in Fairlawn, Ohio.
