LexisNexis Congressional is a comprehensive index to materials by and relating to the U.S. Congress and the legislative process. The database indexes materials including hearings, committee prints and publications, and legislative histories.

The University of Akron has access to the full text of all published and unpublished Congressional hearings held 1824-1979. The PDFs are fully searchable and include transcripts and materials submitted for the record. The University of Akron also has access to the full text of the Serial Set from 1789 to 1969. This resource includes historical illustrations, maps, and statistical tables. These full-text collections may be accessed on campus or remotely using VPN authentication. OhioLINK authenticated users will not be able to access all full-text collections.
