Local Document Delivery is a free service offered to all students, staff, and faculty. Articles, microfilm, microfiche, book chapters, pamphlets, and most research needs of manageable size can be digitized and delivered to your desktop within two days. This service is used for locally held items and saves patrons time and money by providing a free, electronic copy instead of requiring patrons to travel to the library and copy their needed article. Patrons simply submit their citations through ILLiad (https://uakron.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html).
