Using OhioLINK to Request Books from Other Libraries

The Ohio Library and Information Network, OhioLINK, is a consortium of Ohio’s college and university libraries and the State Library of Ohio. Serving more than 600,000 students, faculty, and staff at 85 institutions, OhioLINK’s membership includes 17 public universities, 23 community/technical colleges, 44 private colleges and the State Library of Ohio.

OhioLINK's online borrowing system allows individuals to request books while searching the OhioLINK central catalog. A delivery service set up among member institutions provides the means for the exchange of library items.

It is easy to find and request books through the OhioLINK Central Catalog. This lesson will lead you through the process.
