ACM Digital Library provides bibliographic information, abstracts, index terms, reviews, and the full-text for ACM conference proceedings. ACM journals, magazines, and newsletters are also available at this site, as well as through the OhioLINK Electronic Journal Center.
The ETD Center is a free, online database of Ohio’s masters and doctoral theses and dissertations from participating OhioLINK member schools. It contains the abstract for all included theses and dissertations. The full-text is also available if it was submitted.
IEEE Xplore is an index to all of the journals, transactions, magazines, and conference and colloquia proceedings published by the IEEE and IEE, dating from January 1988. It is also an index to all IEEE standards dating from 1988. University of Akron students and faculty can electronically access full text of the journal, transaction and magazine articles. Check with S&T Library staff to obtain papers from conferences and copies of standards.
The OhioLINK Library Catalog is a virtual statewide library listing items owned by OhioLINK libraries. The catalog provides bibliographic descriptions and indicates where copies are located and whether copies are available. Resources include: books, journals and periodicals, audiovisual materials, sound recordings, electronic resources, government documents, archives and manuscripts, maps, and music scores.
