OhioLINK allows you to access some (but not all) of their research databases by logging in and authenticating yourself as a current UA student, faculty, or staff member. You will be asked to enter your name and barcode # (which is the number appears on the back of your Zip Card - it is also referred to on campus as your university ID #, student ID # or Empl ID #). You do not need to change any configurations on your computer to use OhioLINK Remote Authentication; however, your browser must accept cookies.

Note to AOL Users: The AOL BROWSER does not always work with the OhioLINK Remote Authentication System. You can still use AOL to connect to the Internet, but you should use a different browser such as Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer for Remote Authentication.
